  3.     Treatment of insufficient GH secretion is by daily injections of recombinant GH in a dose of 15u/m2 body surface area/week (0.5u/kg/week). The response to treatment is predictable from the pretreatment growth rate and from the dose of GH administered (Fig. 14.21).
